About the Training

The workshop is designed to equip participants with the essential tools to enhance analytical rigor, improve decision-making, and minimize cognitive biases in analysis. By applying SATs, analysts can challenge assumptions, generate alternative hypotheses, and strengthen the credibility of their assessments. 

 

The training is ideal for individuals from all professional backgrounds, especially intelligence analysts, researchers, and investigators, who want to refine their critical thinking skills and produce more objective, evidence-based conclusions.

    • Cognitive biases in analysis

    • Structured Brainstorming 

    • Multiple Hypotheses Generation 

    • Analysis of Competing Hypotheses
