“Angie is pioneering this space. Finding specialized training for our threat intelligence team has always been a struggle, but Angie is nothing short of amazing. Our team had backgrounds in law enforcement, but lacked formal intelligence skills like structured analytical thinking and briefing. Enter GadIntel. I regularly reference her training materials as our gold standard.”

Ready to get started?
Step One The Fit Call
We’ll start with a brief call to identify your high-level intelligence goals, where you’re running into challenges, and what kind of support you’re looking for.
We’ll give you an overview of how we work, answer your questions, and determine whether GadIntel is the right fit. If it makes sense to move forward, the next step is the GadIntel Assessment.
Step TwoThe GadIntel Assessment
Before we recommend a path forward, we take the time to understand what your team actually needs. In a focused working session, we’ll look at your current capabilities, existing training, the skills that need strengthening, and the specific challenges your team is facing.
From there, we’ll create a concise written assessment with our findings, recommended areas of focus, and a high-level roadmap outlining the right training, program development, or combination of support for your team. If you decide to continue with GadIntel, we'll apply the assessment cost toward your larger engagement.

With the GadIntel Assessment as our guide, we’ll build the right engagement around your team’s needs. That may mean strengthening specific skills through bespoke training, building or strengthening your intelligence program, or combining elements of both.
Bespoke
Intelligence Training
No two intelligence teams need exactly the same training. We design every engagement around your analysts, your goals, and the realities of the work they do every day. Our training combines core intelligence principles with hands-on exercises, live cases, and direct feedback so your team can put what they learn into practice right away.
-
We work with intelligence teams with a wide range of experience, from early-career analysts building core tradecraft to experienced professionals who want to sharpen specific skills.
We also work with individual analysts who want to strengthen their writing, briefing, analytical thinking, and tradecraft.
-
Training is customized around the skills your team needs most, including analytical writing, verbal briefings, structured analytical techniques, intelligence requirements, sourcing and collection, objectivity and cognitive bias, and OSINT tools and techniques.
We can strengthen a specific skill or design a broader training engagement around the needs of your team. Depending on the engagement, training may include group instruction, hands-on exercises, live cases, individual assignments, and direct feedback on analysts’ work.
-
Stronger analytical writing
More confident and effective briefings
Stronger critical thinking and tradecraft
Clearer, more consistent standards across the team
Practical skills analysts can apply immediately to their day-to-day work
Higher-quality intelligence that better meets the needs of clients and senior stakeholders
Intelligence Program
Development
Building a strong intelligence function takes more than hiring good analysts. We work with organizations to assess what’s already in place, identify gaps, and build the programs, processes, and infrastructure needed to support a high-performing intelligence team. Every engagement is customized around your goals, operating environment, and what your team needs now.
-
We work with organizations that are building an intelligence or security function from the ground up, as well as established teams that need more structure, clearer processes, or more consistent standards.
This may include private intelligence firms, Fortune 500 companies, technology companies, nonprofits, and other organizations with in-house intelligence or security teams.
-
We start by assessing your current capabilities and identifying the gaps that are getting in the way of stronger performance. Depending on your needs, we can help develop the training, programs, processes, reporting structures, and infrastructure required to support your intelligence function.
That might include everything from establishing monitoring processes and reporting templates to defining team standards, strengthening analyst development, or building an intelligence program from scratch. Angie has done this work both as an intelligence leader and for organizations that brought her in specifically to build their function.
-
A stronger foundation for your intelligence or security function
Clearer processes and more consistent standards across the team
Training and programs built around your organization’s specific needs
Monitoring and reporting systems that support clearer, stronger intelligence
The infrastructure your team needs to operate effectively and grow
